Wedding Planning
For those of you whose lives are
full to the brim. We will be available to help you every step of the way, from the moment you are engaged through the end
of your wedding day. We will help you find vendors, negotiate contracts, assist in developing the vision for the event, and
keep everything on schedule so that no important detail is overlooked. Complete wedding planning allows you to relax and enjoy
the planning process, as well as having a spectacular wedding day!
#2 Partial Wedding Planning
You have many details covered, but would like a little extra help before the wedding day. We
will work with you to develop a planning package and budget that fits your needs. Perhaps you need recommendations of
local vendors, assistance in negotiating prices, and reviewing contracts. Or perhaps you would like us to develop
a personalized planning schedule for you as well as a master schedule serving as a blueprint for your large team of vendors.
Finally, we will coordinate the big day, managing all event details and staff so that the only stress you feel is "about
to be married" butterflies!
#3 Week-of Wedding Coordination
For those of you who have brilliantly handled the planning thus far! You have your vision, your vendors, and your
venue, now all you need is someone to run around behind the scenes to make your special day seamless. We will meet to go over
the details the week of the wedding and will then create a master schedule for your big day. We will attend the rehearsal
and the wedding day, managing all vendors, assisting guests, and directing the flow of the day so that you may bask in the
glow of your own impeccable planning!
